MyCarOffer provides an online platform for vehicle sellers to receive purchase offers from Ahmed Motors LLC, a licensed Georgia auto dealer. Our services include:

Title transfer assistance

Valuation Estimates

Estimates provided through our online form are preliminary and based on the information you provide. They are not binding offers. A final offer will be made after a member of our team reviews your vehicle information and may differ from the initial estimate based on the vehicle's actual condition.

No Obligation

Submitting your vehicle information creates no obligation on your part. You are free to accept or decline any offer we make. There are no fees for using our valuation service or for declining an offer.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your vehicle, including its condition, mileage, accident history, and mechanical status. Providing knowingly inaccurate information may result in a revised or withdrawn offer.

Vehicle Ownership

By submitting a vehicle for sale, you represent that you are the legal owner or have legal authority to sell the vehicle. You agree to provide clear title or to disclose any liens, encumbrances, or title issues before completing a sale.

Payment Terms

Upon acceptance of our offer and delivery of the vehicle with proper documentation, payment will be made same day by cashier's check or bank wire transfer. Payment is contingent upon verification of vehicle condition as described and clear title transfer.

Limitation of Liability

Ahmed Motors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of any offer made for your vehicle.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
